The objective of this session is to explore the possibilities of building a value and supply chain for batteries within the Nordic countries. Green batteries - what competitive advantages might the Nordic countries have in terms of sustainability with production of batteries with access to clean energy, raw materials etc. The Nordic battery belt - how do we develop more collaboration within Nordic countries and what cooperation is already ongoing? We want to focus on the full life cycle for batteries: From raw materials, production/fabrication, infrastructure, usage, second life, and recycling. What is the status, needs, and bottlenecks?
