Programme
ONS+
ONS+ area, free and open to everyone - all three nights
A popular networking arena in the evenings for locals and visitors to ONS
This is the place where you can unwind after a long day at the exhibition, meet old friends, and get new ones. Every night during ONS, Stavanger Harbour will be transformed into a small urban village. Pavilions placed alongside the harbour offer food, drinks, music, as well as being the hosts for our new concept: debates, discussions and presentation around the theme energy in society.
You may choose to listen to debates while having a meal, or you can simply have a drink with friends.
Energetic debates at ONS+

ONS+ brings some of the hottest topics from the conference arenas downtown and we aim to create a social and interesting arena for a broad energy industry. We guarantee high quality debates and new perspectives from industry leaders, influencers and politicians in an informal setting.

Pavilions
Every night during ONS, Stavanger Harbour is transformed into a small, urban village of energy – pavilions.
We are eager to give you a place to really invest in the value of business after hours. One way of doing this is to host a pavillion for network, debates and receptions. The pavilions along the harbour offer food, drink, entertainment and energy discussions.
We offer a ready-to-use pavilion where all the basic infrastructure is set up in advance. This includes tent, flooring, lighting, water, electricity, heating, and garden area.
ONS coordinates several energy debates and might request to use the pavilion as a location for some of these activities. The pavilion should be open to all during the official opening hours of ONS+.
See map to the right for the 2024 set up.
ONS+ Global Relay For Life
The race is a collaboration between ONS and the Norwegian Cancer Society - because energy and health goes together.
The Global Relay For Life race is open to everyone in Stavanger – and everyone at ONS. Support a good cause while you get some activity.
The ONS road race is one of the biggest in the region and takes place on the Wednesday during the ONS week.
The companies exhibiting at ONS often encourage their staff and families to join this fun race. The race has a family-focus and traditionally 40% of the participants are children.
The course is only four kilometres long, from the ONS venue to the centre of Stavanger. At the finishing line, there’s food, drink, and entertainment on the stage.
The runners can decide whether they want to run their fastest, jog, run in fancy dress – or just take a stroll together from ONS to the city centre.
