We are excited to announce that Dagny is coming to perform as the headliner of our free concert in downtown Stavanger, 28 August. Dagny is one of Norway’s most exciting and in-demand pop artists, with over a billion plays via streaming services.

Dagny released her first single, Backbeat in 2016 and was immediately noticed in Norway and internationally. Then, in 2020, she won "Song of the year" at P3 Gull with the hit Somebody and it topped the Norwegian radio charts for 18 weeks! Somebody remained in the Norwegian charts for almost two years, has over 75 million streams and is the most played song on Norwegian radio two years in a row. Even with only one full-length album under her belt, Dagny has already been nominated for Norway’s Spellemann (equivalent of local Grammy Awards) six times.

We are incredibly excited to welcome Dagny to Stavanger and ONS. In 2022 our concert attracted around 26 000 people and we expect nothing less this time around! Dagny will surely bring the party, said Tonje Skålevik, Project Manager, ONS+.

Norske Shell has been the main partner of the ONS Concert since 2018. The concert is free and open for everyone.

Dagny is an amazing Norwegian artist who appeals to both young and old, and we can expect a great show and a lot of energy on stage. First and foremost, the concert is for the community of Stavanger, but it is also a great way for the international visitors to experience downtown Stavanger. We are very much looking forward to it, said Marianne Olsnes, Managing Director in Norske Shell.

Thank you to Shell for making this concert possible.
