ONS 2024 Launches with Energy and Innovation

ONS 2024 kicked off Monday 26 with a packed programme from early morning to late-late night downtown Stavanger. Still three more days to go, and much to learn and many to meet.

ONS 2024 began on Monday, August 26, with the exhibition opening at 9:30 AM. Attendees from around the world gathered to explore the latest in the energy sector.

The major event was the opening ceremony with guestst such as HRH Crown prince Haakon of Norway, followed by the Prime Minister and leaders and experts from the energy industry.

Throughout the day, arenas like the Young Arena, Centre Court, and International Markets opened, each offering valuable insights and opportunities. The Net Zero Markets in Hall 4 had a real kick-start, focusing on strategies for a cleaner energy future.

"We're excited to see so many passionate minds at ONS 2024," said Leif Johan Sevland, CEO and President of ONS. "This event is about working together to shape a more sustainable world."

The day also featured the opening of the Scale-ups Arena and presentations from Innovation Award finalists at teh ONS technical Sessions, highlighting the industry's creativity. The day concluded with the launch of ONS+, providing a space for attendees to connect and reflect.

The first day of ONS 2024 set the tone for a week of discussions and discoveries.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
