Don’t miss the Thursday at ONS

ONS starts on a Monday – followed by several days packed with insight and business opportunities! Make sure not to leave too early, or you may miss out on valuable moments.

Highlights on the Thursday at ONS

The final day at ONS offers a diverse programme across the different conferences and the exhibition area.

Net Zero Markets: Three half-day conferences

What can we learn from those shaping the energy transition across markets and regions? Join sessions bringing together experienced industry players to share perspectives, challenges and opportunities.

  • Biogas (new)
  • Nuclear
  • Green shipping

CCS Tours (new at Net Zero Markets)

Step beyond the conference room and into the exhibition. Join guided tours guided by experts, where you will meet the people working closest to the projects and technologies, and gain first-hand insight into what’s happening right now and connect with industry actors.

Apprentice Day (new at ONS Young)

Technical disciplines form the foundation of the energy sector. Apprentice Day is a new, dedicated programme designed for all apprentices.

Participants will hear from inspiring industry leaders, observe how apprentices contribute within the field, learn about career progression from apprentice to leadership roles, explore new technologies, and network with their peers.

Apprentice Day is open to apprentices across all disciplines and is free of charge!

The Exhibition! Maybe even the best day for it…?

After three days at ONS, use the Thursday for what it is worth. Meetings, discussions, and networking continue at more comfortable pace, with participants using the day to follow up on conversations and explore new connections. The exhibition is open from 09.30 – 15.00, with more than 1000 exhibitors!

The Thursday is also the day for Best Stand Awards, recognising standout exhibitors for their stand design, service and messages. The jury nominates ten finalists in two categories and the winners are announced in an award ceremony on the outside stage.

Conference programme on these stages throughout the Thursday:
  • Technical Sessions
  • Energy Society at Centre Court
  • Scale-Ups

The preliminary conference programme will be launched at our website in April to help you with planning. Stay tuned!
