The Ukrainian Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi gave a video recorded address to the ONS 2026 delegates during the Opening Ceremony – on the same day as the Ukrainian Independence Day. He expressed his gratitude to Norway and the rest of the international community for their support through the war.

For the fifth year in a row, the Independence Day was marked under the condition of a full-scale war. The Prime Minister had a strong message for the audience.
